The CPP51122 Diploma of Property Services (Real Estate) prepares you for senior roles in the real estate industry, including becoming a fully licensed Class 1 Real Estate Agent in NSW. With this qualification, you can manage property sales and leasing, oversee teams, run a real estate business, or specialise in commercial, residential, or buyer’s agency services, taking on greater responsibilities and leadership within the industry.

 

How long will it take to complete the course?

Completion will vary depending on your current skills, knowledge, and the time you have available to study.

Are there any course pre-requisites?

No formal entry requirements
Prior to commecning, you will be required to complete a Language, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy Assessment (LLND)
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. If you do not already have one, you may register at usi.gov.au
