CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

What opportunities will be open for this qualification?

The CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice meets the educational requirements toward a Class 2 Real Estate Licence in NSW.
 
After completing this qualification, you can work as an Assistant Agent and begin gaining the required industry experience under supervision.
 
Once you have completed the required period of supervised experience, you may be eligible to apply for a Class 2 Licence with NSW Fair Trading.
 
Class 2 agents can carry out property sales, leasing, and management activities, including working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
 

How long will it take to complete the course?

Students will have a maximum of 6 months to complete the course.
 
The course start date is taken as the date students receive the course material. If students do not complete the course within the six (6) month timeframe, the enrolment will be canceled.
 
Students may apply for an extended period. Please refer to the student handbook for details on requesting extensions.
 

Are there any course pre-requisites?

No formal entry requirements
Prior to commecning, you will be required to complete a Language, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy Assessment (LLND)
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. If you do not already have one, you may register at usi.gov.au

Discounted Fee: $350 for eligible students who have successfully completed the Assistant Agent course
