Enrol into a Course

Step 1 — Consider your career pathway

Begin by determining the direction you wish to pursue within the property industry, whether this involves part-time participation, full-time professional commitment, or progression toward agency ownership.

Step 2 — Select your course

Review the available options and choose the course that best aligns with your professional goals. Detailed information is available in the course brochure.

Step 3 — Complete enrolment

Submit your enrolment by completing the enrolment form. As part of this process, you must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI), which is required for all nationally recognised training in Australia. If you do not yet have a USI, you may register for one via the official government website at Create your USI. If you believe you already have a USI but cannot recall it, you can retrieve it at Find your USI. A USI is a free, lifelong education number that remains with you throughout your study and training history.

Step 4 — Confirmation and support

Once your enrolment has been received and processed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Should we identify that additional support may assist you in your studies, we will contact you to discuss how we can best provide that assistance.
