What job opportunities will be open with this qualification?

 

Once you’ve completed your training and obtained the necessary qualifications, as an Assistant Real Estate Agent in NSW, you can work in residential, commercial, administrative, or buyer’s agent roles. You’ll support licensed agents by preparing marketing materials, arranging inspections and open homes, liaising with clients, assisting with contracts, and helping ensure compliance with NSW property laws, gaining valuable experience on the path to becoming a fully licensed agent.

Are there any course pre-requisites?

No formal entry requirements
Prior to commecning, you will be required to complete a Language, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy Assessment (LLND)
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. If you do not already have one, you may register at usi.gov.au
