What job opportunities will be open with this qualification?

The CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualifies you to apply for a Class 2 Licence in NSW, allowing you to legally carry out property sales, leasing, and management under the supervision of a Class 1 agent. Class 2 agents can manage residential and commercial properties, negotiate sales and leases, and assist clients throughout transactions. To be eligible, you must also complete the required industry experience as specified by Fair Trading NSW, ensuring you have practical knowledge of real estate operations before obtaining full licensing.

Are there any course pre-requisites?

No formal entry requirements
Prior to commecning, you will be required to complete a Language, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy Assessment (LLND)
You will also be required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number. If you do not already have one, you may register at usi.gov.au
